I grew up on a farm above the tree line in Austria (47,5° N 1800m) and have always enjoyed trekking. For me, the forests of Tyrol are the most beautiful area in the world, and the Austrian Alps are the most gorgeous and fantastic places, with incredible hiking paths.

1. food for hiking

These are my favorite granula bar recepies .I dont like cooking .These recepies  are very  easy to make practical and very healthy. Also check out my favorite 5 minute Recepies.

vegan granula bars

vegan energy bars
vegan peanut and caramell bar

100 g quinoa (uncooked)
60 g whole almonds (unpeeled)
5 large medjool dates
5 Tbsp vegan protein powder*
2-3 tbsp almond butter (or another nut butter)
1 Handful of cranberries

Preparation

Rinse quinoa thoroughly in a colander with hot water and then prepare it in double the amount of water according to the package instructions. Let cool for a few minutes.
Grind the almonds coarsely with a hand mixer – or alternatively use already ground almonds.
Then process all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass in a powerful blender.
Line a small baking dish (about 20 x 30 cm diameter) with baking paper and put the bar mass in it. With your hands, smooth the bar mass - there should be practically no "dough" sticking to the hands.
Put the bar mass in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and then cut it into the desired bar shape with a knife. To take away, wrap it in buttered bread paper or stow it in tupper boxes. Let you taste it!

280 g fine oatmeal
120 g raisins
150 g sunflower seeds
90 g of cocoa nibs
8 tbsp peanut butter
8 tbsp rice syrup

Preparation

In a larger bowl, mix the sunflower seeds, oatmeal, raisins and cocoa nibs with a spoon. In a smaller vessel, process the peanut butter with the rice syrup to a sticky mass. Then add the peanut butter and rice syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix everything very well.
This can be quite a feat, because the mass must be really well mixed. It works best with a wooden spoon or a large, sturdy dough scraper. If the ingredients are not yet sticking together properly, add some peanut butter and rice syrup mixture or just rice syrup.
Line a baking dish with baking paper and spread the mixture in it. Cover with another baking paper and press evenly with both hands until the surface is nicely even. Now put it in the fridge and cut the mass into bars the next day. Packed in boxes, these vegan muesli bars are great to take with you on hikes or other activities.
In the refrigerator, the bars will definitely last for 4-5 days. But they have never been with us for more than 2 days 🙂

200 g
Spelt flour (Type 630)
50 g
tender oatmeal
2 TSP
Baking soda
½ TSP
Cinnamon
1 Pinch
Salt
70 ml
neutral cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
70 ml
Oat milk
50 g
chopped walnuts
50 g
chopped chocolate (vegan)
4
ripe bananas (about 500 g without peel)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/ bottom heat (circulating air 160 degrees). Rinse the silicone box mould (25 x 10 cm) with cold water. Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add crushed bananas, cooking oil and oat milk and fold in with a fork. Add walnuts and chocolate drops.

Tyrol hiking and mountaineering

Autumn is often regarded as the ideal season for getting to know the Tyrolean Alps by hikers. On the one hand, the cooler temperatures are ideal for longer hikes than the scorching summer heat. On the other side, the woodlands display their most gorgeous colors. The following article provides an overview of Tyrol's hiking route network.
Hiking in the Ortler neighborhood
Tyrol provides outdoor enthusiasts with a variety of options.
Tyrol is definitely dominated by the Alps in terms of scenery. The Ortler has the highest elevation in the area, standing at 3,905 meters. There are, however, several additional mountains higher than 3,500 meters, such as the Königsspitze.(3,851 m), the Grossglockner (3,798 m), or the Wildspitze (3,768 m). More than 24,000 kilometers of mountain and hiking routes allow visitors to discover Tyrol's wonderful alpine landscape. There are both difficult routes for experienced hikers and very moderate paths appropriate for families with children. There are also over 5,000 recognized sport climbing routes.
What trekking gear do you require?

The importance of appropriate hiking shoes is sometimes underestimated. Above all, a pleasant wearing comfort, as well as a strong sole and a decent grip, are critical here. Because the weather in the mountains can vary fast, hikers should dress or be prepared according to the onion peel concept.

Otherwise, the sunlight reflected by the snow can cause fatal eye burns and even snow blindness. Spectacle users should purchase a model in the suitable thickness.
What else should be considered when trekking in fall may be found here.

An overview of the hiking paths in Tyrol
Hikes to Alpine and alpine lakes take you across Tyrol's diverse mountain landscapes. The Eng-Alm path is more of a leisurely stroll, but the summit trek to Lake Schwarzsee is with about 1,200 meters upwards.
Hiking and learning are combined on themed hiking paths. There are several key issues. Visitors may discover how salt washed from the mountain on the historic brine hiking path in Hall Valley, for example.
Long-distance hiking routes give us a closer look at nature.

Long-distance hiking paths offer for a multi-day nature trip in which the Tyrolean sceneries may be enjoyed up close. The Eagle Trail, which runs across Tyrol in 33 phases and is 413 kilometers long, is very popular.
Tyrol has a high density of via ferrata, which caters to all degrees of difficulty. The Stuibenfall via ferrata, for example, is also ideal for youngsters. The Schlicker via ferrata, on the other hand, is well regarded in terms of scenery.
However, there are countless additional hiking paths in Tyrol, thus the routes described here should be viewed more as examples.
